Facility Incharge - BISCAT ( Facility & housing )

The Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing) at ABIS is responsible for managing and overseeing all facility and housing operations within the camp. This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all residents and staff. The Facility Incharge coordinates maintenance activities, manages housing allocations, and liaises with various service providers to guarantee smooth day-to-day operations.

• →Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of camp facilities and housing units.
• →Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of facilities.
• →Supervise housing allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• →Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the facility and housing areas.
• →Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• →Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and housing status.
• →Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities or housing.
• →Monitor inventory and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment.

• →Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and housing management, preferably in camp or oil & gas environments.
• →Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and housing management.
• →Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• →Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage resources effectively.
• →Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• →Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
• →Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing situations.
