• →Plan and Lead all mechanical shutdown and turnaround activities from initiation to completion.
• →Lead and coordinate the execution team to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
• →Develop detailed execution plans and schedules in alignment with project objectives.
• →Monitor and control project progress, performance, and resource allocation.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all phases of the shutdown.
• →Coordinate with other departments, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• →Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical shutdown operations.
• →Conduct post-shutdown reviews and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• →Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• →Proven 10+ experience in managing mechanical shutdowns and turnaround projects in the Oil & Energy industry. 3+ years as managerial experience / team leader experience
• →Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• →In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
• →Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• →Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• →Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• →Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
