Senior Supervisor - Hydrojetting / High Pressure Jetting / Water Jetting ( O&G)

ABIS is seeking a Senior Supervisor specializing in Hydrojetting, High Pressure Jetting, and Water Jetting within the Oil & Gas industry. The Senior Supervisor will lead and oversee hydrojetting operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards on all projects. This role requires extensive experience in hydrojetting operations, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage teams and coordinate resources effectively to meet operational goals.

• →Supervise and manage hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting operations on-site. Shutdown & Turnaround experience Preferred .
• →Develop work plans and allocate resources to achieve project objectives within schedules.
• →Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• →Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training for the hydrojetting team.
• →Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
• →Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align operations with project requirements.
• →Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and incidents.
• →Mentor and guide junior supervisors and technicians to enhance team performance.

• →Bachelor’s / Diploma degree- Mechanical or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• →Minimum 5 years of experience in hydrojetting/high pressure jetting within the oil & gas sector.
• →Proven leadership experience supervising hydrojetting teams and managing complex projects.
• →Strong understanding of safety standards and operational best practices for jetting activities.
• →Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• →Ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
• →Relevant certifications in hydrojetting or industrial cleaning technologies are advantageous.
