Responsibilities

- →Lead with Compassion: Conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- →Inspire Growth: Provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff.
- →Champion Advocacy: Participate and advocate for recipients in their ISP meetings, ensuring their voices are heard.
- →Drive Excellence: Monitor billing, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve grievances swiftly and compassionately.
- →Community Impact: Represent Abound Health at community events, spreading awareness and making connections.

- Detail-Oriented & Organized: You ensure every detail is accurate and every task is completed with precision.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience.

What We Offer
~1 min readBase pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment. Additionally, our 401(k) plan becomes available after 12 months of employment.
