Job Summary

Minimum 5 years' experience in non-motor short-term insurance claims administration. Strong knowledge of household, commercial, property, all-risk, and other non-motor insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously.

Administer and process non-motor short-term insurance claims efficiently and accurately.

Manage claims from registration through to final settlement.

Liaise with policyholders, brokers, assessors, service providers, and insurers.

Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Investigate claim documentation and obtain supporting information where necessary.

Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process.

Relevant insurance qualification will be advantageous.

Education

Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
