Job Summary
A senior Human Capital business partnering role, assigned to an allocated PBB Pan-Africa Exco portfolio, accountable for translating the PBB Pan-Africa people strategy into portfolio-specific workforce, talent, culture, leadership, organisational effectiveness and change outcomes.The role partners with Exco leaders, HC teams, People Operations and Centres of Expertise to enable customer-led growth, execution discipline, governance and future-fit capability across the relevant function or market.

- Create differentiated colleague experiences that support customer-led growth.
- Partner with allocated Exco member and leadership team to translate business strategy into integrated people plans; ensure workforce implications are considered in strategic decisions; surface people risks and opportunities linked to execution.
- Use workforce insights, skills data and market context to identify future capability, critical role, capacity and resourcing priorities for the allocated portfolio.
- Partner with Talent and business leaders to strengthen succession coverage, leadership pipeline, mobility, retention of critical skills and future-fit leadership capability.
- Diagnose organisation design, spans/layers, decision-rights, ways-of-working and change-readiness issues; recommend interventions that improve execution speed and accountability.
- Influence leadership teams to create high-performing, inclusive and accountable cultures aligned to PBB Pan-Africa strategic priorities.
- Coordinate Centres of Expertise, People Operations and country HC teams to deliver agreed portfolio people priorities consistently and in line with enterprise frameworks.
- Operate as trusted advisor to allocated Exco member and senior leaders; use people insight to challenge, influence and support complex business decisions.
- Identify, manage and escalate portfolio people risks; ensure implementation of approved HC frameworks, governance standards and policies in the portfolio.
- Translate workforce and business data into actionable insight for leadership decision making and value realization.
Requirements

- Significant experience in Human Capital Business Partnering within a complex, matrix or multinational environment.
- Experience partnering executive and senior leadership teams.
- Experience across talent, organisation effectiveness, workforce planning and change disciplines.
- Experience operating across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups. Financial services and fintech experience advantageous.
