Responsibilities

As a Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both patient care and team leadership:

→Lead and support the dental assisting team
→Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.)
→Ensure smooth daily back-office operations
→Train and mentor new dental assistants
→Maintain clinical efficiency and high standards of care
→Oversee sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
→Take and process dental X-rays
→Manage supplies and inventory
