💰 Pay: Up to $28/hour (based on experience)
**Pay will be determined based on your experience and specialty assignment and will be discussed after the interview and full review process. Compensation may vary, as it is tailored to each candidate’s individual background, skills, specialty assignment, and overall experience.

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in both patient care and team leadership:
- →Lead and support the dental assisting team
- →Assist the dentist during procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.)
- →Ensure smooth daily back-office operations
- →Train and mentor new dental assistants
- →Maintain clinical efficiency and high standards of care
- →Oversee sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance
- →Take and process dental X-rays
- →Manage supplies and inventory
- 2+ years of Dental Assistant experience (lead experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
