Requirements

Analyze and model business processes to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement
Write functional specifications and collaborate with the team to define requirements for development and integration with other systems
Ensure solution quality through pre-delivery testing and validation
Actively participate in sprint reviews and gather client feedback to refine product features
Educate end-users and provide support during the adoption of new solutions
Support the presales and sales process by contributing to high-level solution proposals
When needed, coordinate development activities with external partners and vendors
Promote the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the lifecycle
Facilitate adherence to established methodologies and best practices through training and team support

A university degree in IT, economics (informatics focus), or another technical/business-related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis in software development projects
Minimum 1 year of experience in the role of Product Owner
Good understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) and experience creating clear, structured documentation
Basic technical understanding — relational databases, APIs, or fundamentals of SQL are a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to identify, clarify, and prioritize requirements in collaboration with different teams
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and familiarity with modern collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
