Responsibilities

→Provide consulting services to clients by analyzing their business needs and designing, customizing, and implementing BI solutions
→Identify and document client business requirements
→Analyze user requirements, propose solutions, and assess organizational and technological implications for business information systems
→Independently test functionalities based on user requirements
→Conduct user training sessions
→Deliver external and internal training programs
→Document end-to-end client solutions through functional and technical documentation, including proposals for future upgrades and optimizations
→Maintain strong business relationships and communicate regularly with clients
→Support presales activities

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar roles within the ICT industry
Advanced knowledge and use of SQL databases
Solid understanding of multidimensional and/or tabular data models
Knowledge of advanced ETL concepts and their implementation
Good command of the English language
