Senior Business Analyst (m/f)

• Analyze and model business processes to understand client needs and identify areas for improvement
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the team to define requirements for development and integration with other systems
• Ensure solution quality through pre-delivery testing and validation
• Actively participate in sprint reviews and gather client feedback to refine product features
• Educate end-users and provide support during the adoption of new solutions
• Support the presales and sales process by contributing to high-level solution proposals
• When needed, coordinate development activities with external partners and vendors
• Promote the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate adherence to established methodologies and best practices through training and team support
