Responsibilities

→Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)
→Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies relevant to the ICT industry
→Lead internal audits and support external audits and certification processes
→Translate regulatory requirements into practical processes, procedures, and controls
→Monitor process performance through KPIs and quality metrics, driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
→Standardize processes and promote continuous improvement using structured methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
→Identify and manage quality, compliance, and operational risks across the organization
→Maintain a risk register and drive regular risk reviews with process and business owners
→Develop and maintain QMS policies, procedures, and compliance documentation in an audit-ready state
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, quality, and compliance
→Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on their impact
→Deliver quality and compliance training and mentor less experienced colleagues

Requirements

4+ years of experience in quality management and/or compliance within the ICT industry
Experience implementing and maintaining management systems based on international standards, especially ISO 9001
Hands-on experience leading internal audits and supporting external audits and certification processes
Experience with risk assessments and managing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Good understanding of ICT regulatory frameworks (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2/ZKS)
Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes and documentation
Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lead Implementer, or equivalent certification
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
Experience preparing organizations for certification and regulatory audits
Experience mentoring colleagues and driving quality improvement initiatives
Experience with work management tools like Azure Devops Services or Jira
Knowledge of additional management system standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 27005)
