• 3+ years of IBM Sterling OMS implementation and support experience
• Hands-on experience with the IBM Sterling Order Management platform
• Hands-on experience with Sterling Web SOM preferred
• Experience in integrating Order Management system with Commerce platforms and enterprise applications 

• Sterling Order Management development and customization experience
• Sterling Web store experience customizing the store functionality
• Design and develop solutions using Agile SDLC process 
• Collaborate with product teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver results quickly and efficiently 
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
• Proven ability to work independently with strong analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in converting business requirements to technical solutions
• Ability to learn and adopt new tools and technologies to enhance capabilities and solution delivery
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Confluence, and JIRA 
• Ability to work in an Onshore/Offshore model 

• →Develop and maintain OMS features, integrations, and APIs.  
• →Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver high-quality features.  
• →Participate in development, testing, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.  
• →Contribute to technical design discussions and propose design solutions.  
• →Participate in the Agile Scrum processes. 
• →Participate in software development activities to meet schedules and timelines. 
• →Work with internal teams, including Product, Project Management, Development, and Quality Assurance, to deliver a high-quality solution. 
• →Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• →Duties may change; Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

• Regular in-office attendance is required.
