Patient Care Coordinator

Art City Dental in Springville, Utah is looking for a bubbly, friendly, and outgoing Patient Care Coordinator to join our team!

We’re looking for personality first. You don’t need to know everything about dentistry on day one, we can teach you the dental side of the role. What matters most to us is finding someone who is warm, caring, dependable, comfortable talking with people, and excited to be part of a team.

As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll help guide patients through their entire experience with our practice — from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their treatment.

• Welcoming patients and creating a warm, positive experience
• Answering phones and helping patients with questions
• Presenting treatment plans and helping patients understand their recommended care
• Communicating with patients throughout their treatment
• Following up with patients who have unscheduled treatment
• Helping patients understand payment options and setting up in-office payment plans
• Making sure patients have the appointments they need and following up when necessary
• Working closely with the doctor and team to keep the patient experience running smoothly

We can teach you the dental knowledge and systems you need to be successful. We can't teach personality — and that's what we're looking for!

• Monday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday–Sunday: Off
