Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations
Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

MBA from Tier 1 institute
B.E/ B.Tech from Tier 1 institute

Exposure to digital disruption opportunities in upstream (analytics, automation, well integrity, worker safety).
Proven track record / Familiarity with Data & AI and its impact on the Upstream industry.
Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

→Support upstream consulting projects focused on key upstream operations
→Contribute to business development through proposals, pitches, and solution architecture
→Engage with clients during the project lifecycle
→Collaborate with the broader team to deliver high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction

This role requires extensive travel, typically 80% or more annually, with assignments that may involve working at client locations across global regions for both short- and long-term engagements.
