About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and curious AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning solutions across cloud platforms. You will play a key role in shaping our AI strategy — from classical ML models to cutting-edge Generative AI and agentic systems.

As a hands-on architect, you’ll collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOps specialists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative AI solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms. 

• Within this experience, at least 2 year should involve working with AI,  generative AI or agentic AI technologies to build scalable AI/ML solutions. 

• Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Gen AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake for large-scale data and AI workloads.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
• Solid understanding of MLOps, LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and vector search.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Awareness of cloud security, networking, and access control best practices to ensure AI systems are robust, compliant, and enterprise-ready.
• Excellent communication and solution design documentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams.
• Experience in leading or contributing to AI communities, organizing seminars, internal/external knowledge-sharing sessions, hackathons, or technical workshops.
• Staying current with the latest trends and technologies in the AI ecosystem.

• Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków.
• Flexibility: While most of our work is delivered remotely, our consulting model - through Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) - also involves on-site collaboration.
