About the Role

📍 Mexico City, Mexico (100% Onsite)

In Accenture, the hearth of change, we are looking for an AI/ML Engineering Lead with strong Full Stack development expertise and hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions for one of the world's leading insurance companies.

The ideal candidate combines technical leadership capabilities with deep expertise across modern application development, from frontend user experiences to backend services and AI model integration in production environments.

Responsibilities

Lead AI Engineering and software development teams.
Define architecture decisions, technical standards, and development best practices.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business stakeholders.
Drive delivery of scalable and high-quality AI-powered solutions.

Design and implement solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build intelligent agents using Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
Develop Agent Orchestration strategies for complex business processes.
Integrate reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities into autonomous AI agents.

Develop modern enterprise web applications.
Design APIs and microservices for AI-powered platforms.
Integrate front-end applications with Generative AI services.
Build secure, scalable cloud-based architectures.

Requirements

Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents.
Strong Full Stack development background.
Experience working in cloud-native environments.
Technical leadership experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Intermediate (B1/B2) required.
