Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of application components.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application design and implementation practices to enhance quality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and data integration techniques.
- Experience with database management systems and data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Competence in scripting and automation to support data processing tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
