Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with complex challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database management and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
- Understanding of security concepts and user administration within SAP.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
