Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various stakeholders to understand requirements and translating them into functional solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with team members to ensure applications are aligned with organizational goals, testing developed features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of applications to support evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and functionality of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and updates.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
Provide additional ServiceNow/COM execution support during build and migration cycles, including staging validation, import troubleshooting, and issue coordination.

Secondary skill:
COM / order workflow exposure
Salesforce asset/account knowledge
CMT / telecom background

- Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and integration techniques related to ServiceNow.
- Capability to work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
