Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure application designs align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to promote understanding and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
- Experience with application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex application challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application development.
- Capability to adapt to changing business requirements and implement scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
