Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed are efficient, scalable, and tailored to organizational needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to evolving project demands while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of application server architecture and deployment processes.
- Experience in managing and configuring portal environments to support enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to application performance and availability.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and middleware components to support seamless application communication.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Websphere Application Server & Portal Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
