Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications align with organizational goals, while continuously refining and enhancing the software to support evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
