Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the developed solutions are robust, scalable, and effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into functional software applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience in developing spring boot applications.

Practical experience with Maven Java applications, Spring Framework, Git, RESTful services, and Hibernate.

Proficiency in working with RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra.

Experience with SonarQube and Jenkins for code quality and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Good knowledge of bash scripting, Linux fundamentals, and container environments including Kubernetes/OCP.

Solid understanding of AWS cloud services.

Ability to mentor and guide team members, providing support with technical issue resolution.

Application design experience is an added advantage (not mandatory).

Experience with Elasticsearch is a plus (not mandatory).

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality spring boot and java based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps workflows.

Provide technical guidance to team members and support knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
