Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires continuous engagement with evolving project needs, ensuring that the applications developed are robust, scalable, and tailored to support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to understanding business challenges and translating them into effective software solutions, while maintaining a focus on quality and performance throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure design and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and integration patterns.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline deployment processes.
- Knowledge of monitoring and performance tuning in cloud applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Architecture.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
