Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the application development process - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Must have knowledge on Core Java (8 and above), Spring/Spring Boot , Hibernate, S3, micro-services environment, Database skills (SQL, SQL Server),Angular/React, DevOps/DevSecOps tools Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular - Good to have : Kubernetes, Docker, scripting (bourne, korn, bash) - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs - Experience with cloud technologies like AWS or Azure - Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or MongoDB Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
