Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with managing and maintaining server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Strong understanding of system troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques within server infrastructures.
- Familiarity with user access management, permissions, and security policies in Windows Server environments.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, backups, and system updates.
- Knowledge of network protocols and their impact on server operations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
