- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate issue resolutions and best practices to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize system support and maintenance.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based business applications.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and system enhancements.
- Familiarity with data integration and management within cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively document and convey technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
