As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot problems, ensuring the smooth operation of applications, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements, while also documenting processes and solutions for future reference. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business operations, making you an essential part of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenLink Endur.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with system integration and data management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with application support best practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
