Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, ensuring smooth system operations, and maintaining the reliability of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system components to detect anomalies and provide timely resolutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and stability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and enhance system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and improve team capabilities.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to materials management modules.
- Ability to analyze system logs and data to diagnose problems effectively.
- Familiarity with integration points between materials management and other business modules.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
