Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely resolution of complex issues.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solarwinds Administration.
- Strong knowledge of network monitoring and management tools related to Solarwinds.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with configuration management and automation within monitoring platforms.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Solarwinds Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
