Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. You will engage in continuous monitoring and analysis to ensure system stability and performance, collaborating with different teams to maintain seamless operations. Your role is pivotal in identifying root causes of problems and implementing effective solutions to support critical business functions, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent downtime.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, infrastructure components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose and address network-related problems.
- Familiarity with configuration management and change control processes within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
