Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of essential applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and swiftly resolve disruptions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in VMWare Cloud Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to monitor and manage cloud environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex system issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with automation and scripting to streamline administrative tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in VMWare Cloud Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
