- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Ability to work with large datasets and understand system interactions.
- Familiarity with software debugging and diagnostic tools.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical information clearly.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
