Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and infrastructure management.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex virtualization issues.
- Ability to monitor and optimize virtual environments for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with system backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Skilled in scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
