Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and debugging techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and troubleshoot multi-component software environments.
- Familiarity with database management and integration within .Net Full Stack Development projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
