- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of system integration and automation frameworks.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable automation solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex system issues and develop effective troubleshooting strategies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline support processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automation Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
