Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, ensuring smooth operation, and maintaining the reliability of critical applications that support business functions. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system integrity and performance throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management within SAP MM.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP MM modules.
- Ability to analyze system logs and identify root causes of application problems.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP MM and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing application support tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
