Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and diagnosing issues across various critical business system components. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, collaborating with different teams to understand system behaviors, and ensuring continuous service availability. The position demands vigilance and adaptability to swiftly address and resolve incidents, contributing to the stability and efficiency of essential business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the development and improvement of support processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, DevOps & GitOp, Scripting & AP.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure design and deployment best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application and infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages to streamline support tasks.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
