As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in continuous learning to stay updated on the latest technologies and methodologies, contributing to the overall success of the organization by maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure software quality.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages for automation purposes.
- Experience in using bug tracking and test management tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
