Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve diagnosing and resolving issues within essential business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to identify problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components function seamlessly, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system support.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, .Net Full Stack Development, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
