Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and performance through innovative problem-solving.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and support skills.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues within business-critical environments.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining cloud-based application platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with system integration concepts and managing dependencies across multiple software components.
- Skilled in documenting incidents, resolutions, and best practices to support continuous improvement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
