Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business operations, allowing you to make a significant impact on the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and methodologies. - Experience with API management and service orchestration. - Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
