As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires continuous monitoring and investigation to ensure the smooth operation of critical applications, collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, where the engineer navigates complex environments to detect anomalies and implement effective solutions that support business continuity and operational excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance issue detection and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through problem-solving techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
- Experience with system performance monitoring and incident management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Good communication skills to document issues and solutions clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
