Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Document findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles and component-based architecture.
- Experience with debugging and performance tuning of web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to analyze logs and trace issues within distributed systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical team members.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
