As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical system issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net technologies.
- Strong understanding of software debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes of issues.
- Familiarity with database management and integration within .Net applications.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
