Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize system performance and reliability through effective troubleshooting and preventive measures.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business priorities and project timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Strong understanding of database management and operating system fundamentals related to SAP systems.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and transport management effectively.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Skilled in analyzing system logs and diagnosing complex technical issues to provide timely resolutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
