Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance and user feedback to maintain service reliability and support business continuity effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code practices.
- Ability to monitor system health and performance metrics to preemptively address potential issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
