Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively identifying and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications and supporting business continuity. The position demands continuous monitoring, analysis, and collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while adapting to evolving challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong understanding of system security and user administration in SAP.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
