Summary:
As a Consultant, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and maintains a strategic focus on achieving the desired results while adapting to evolving project needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices related to ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project schedules.
- Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Competence in using project tracking and reporting tools to provide clear visibility on progress.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
