Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and efficiently, and implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of applications, contributing to the overall success of the organization by ensuring that critical business functions are supported effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application support processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on best practices in application support.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
